I am pleased to announce the launch of a new online sports newspaper called SportsNashville.net. SportsNashville.net is an internet–only, advertising driven publication, that focuses on Nashville area sports, featuring game reports, feature articles, photos, videos, columns, blogs, and scoreboards keeping the Nashville area readers advised on the latest sports developments. SportsNashville.net updates as often as possible with the latest stories and scores. SportsNashville.net showcases high school, college, and professional athletics with occasional features or articles on other events of local interest. There are photo galleries, videos, and reader interaction is encouraged. Professional journalists do the articles, photographs, and video, and experienced sales people sell the ads. This website will soon be the Nashville area’s trusted source for the latest sports news, photos, and video.

SportsNashville.net is a sole proprietorship, owned and operated by me, Mike Strasinger. I have been photographing sports in the Nashville area for over 12 years, working as a freelancer for various publications and as a staff photographer for The City Paper. My work has been published in USA Today, Sports Illustrated, The Sporting News, The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Toronto Globe and Mailand many more. My work around town has allowed me to meet many people in the sports community in various roles.
